Adapted flat rates

In order to simplify and facilitate our relationship we offer several service packages to better suit your needs.

“Visit me” Rate

Weekly visit service to the property to check its status. You will know at all times if there is a problem and we will inform you of any incident.

“Outside” Rate

Maintenance and cleaning of the exterior of the property. Your garden and pool will always be in perfect condition so you can come at any time.

"Management" Rate

Includes all management related to your home, home contracts, insurance and banks, vehicles or boats before the communities of owners, town halls, official bodies or service provider companies.

“Your Home in good hands” Rate

The complete package of management, visits, maintenance and cleaning of the property. It will allow you to get home with the guarantee of not having to do anything but enjoy your time.

*These packages will be adapted in a personalised way to the size and characteristics of the property.

About us

Home Management Ibiza is formed by a team of professionals who respond to the different needs that arise as a resident or owner of a property on the island.

Fernando Labarga is responsible for the commitment assumed: seriousness and trust.

In my 45 years I have had the opportunity to live, study and work a total of 12 years between the United States, France and Germany.

Graduated in Political Science and Sociology, I soon oriented myself towards real estate. On my own account or in multinational companies, I have dedicated the last 22 years between Spain and Germany.

These years have taught me a lesson: only honest work allows us to reach the goal and maintain something very important in life: mutual satisfaction and lasting contacts.

I currently live in Santa Eulalia after having maintained a close relationship with the island since my first trip in 2006. At this time, I have seen how important it is to have a person close to whom you can trust one of the most valuable things: your home.
